June Bug's Story
Meet June Bug – A Gentle Soul Looking for a Quiet Home

June Bug is a tender-hearted 7-year-old cat with a soft coat and an even softer spirit. After losing her beloved owner in November, she’s been in foster care working hard to adjust to the big changes in her life.

Transition hasn’t been easy for June Bug. She struggled with anxiety and began over-grooming, but with a little support (and a mild anxiety medication), she’s made wonderful progress and is beginning to show her true self. While she’s not one for being picked up, June Bug is happiest when she can quietly sit beside you, offering silent companionship and sweet presence.

Her perfect home? Peaceful, patient, and predictable—no other pets, no children, just a calm environment where she can feel safe and slowly build trust. Once she does, you’ll catch glimpses of her playful side and enjoy her favorite pastimes like brushing (she adores it!) and basking in cozy, quiet corners. She currently doesn't get along with the foster family's cats, but JuneBug did get along with a different cat. Another cat could be ok down the road, but she should be an only cat for right now.

June Bug may take her time to come out of her shell, but for someone willing to go at her pace, she’ll be a loyal and loving companion with the softest bunny-like fur and the gentlest soul.

If you are interested in this beauty or any of our other angels, you can complete an adoption application online at:

https://kittenangels.org/adopt-3/

Please indicate on the adoption application that you are interested in June Bug fostered by Terri D.

Please note, fosters do get final approval for any adoption as they are most familiar with the personalities of their foster kittens and cats.

Kitten Angels is a non profit, volunteer organization. We rely solely on fostering, volunteers, donations, and adoption fees. An adoption fee of $175.00 must be paid at the time of adoption by either cash or check. All of our adoptable animals are assessed in foster homes, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed or neutered and tested for FeLV/FIV. Medical records will be released with the adopted pet.
