Julia 2023's Story
Julia's story begins with resilience. She was trapped as a young kitten—already old enough to be spayed—so she had a bit of time to develop her independent, feral instincts. Because of that, she can be shy and timid at first. But don't let that fool you—there's a gentle, tender soul beneath the surface just waiting for the right person to help her bloom.

And bloom she will. With patience and love, Julia is already making slow but steady progress in learning to trust. She's not mean or reactive—just cautious—and every small step forward reveals more of her soft, affectionate nature. Once she feels safe, she shows a preference for being close: she especially enjoys being pet while sitting on you, and she's starting to accept the occasional surprise pet (on her terms, of course!).

Julia isn't quite ready to be picked up yet, but she will cuddle and share quiet companionship. She's also got a playful side—she loves chasing laser pointers, batting around bottle caps, indulging in catnip, and happily accepting squeeze treats.

Adding to her charm, Julia is absolutely stunning—truly an extraordinarily beautiful kitten inside and out.

Bonded Pair: Julia shares a deep bond with her sister, Jack Box. They rely on each other for comfort and confidence, and because of that, they must be adopted together. Jack Box helps Julia feel safe, and together they'll continue to grow and thrive.
