Joplin is endlessly curious about whatever you're up to; she'll be right there investigating, and yes, that includes sticking her little nose into your morning tea for a good sniff!<br/><br/>She's the perfect lap kitty, always ready to curl up and purr like an engine the moment you sit down. Call her name, and she'll respond with those big eyes and a chirpy meow.<br/><br/>Joplin is your official welcome committee: she's the first one racing to the door to greet you when you get home, tail high and full of excitement, and the last one you'll see peeking out as you head out, as if saying "Hurry back!"<br/><br/>The sweetest part? While you're petting her, she'll occasionally reach out with her soft paw to hold your hand, gently gripping your fingers while rubbing her head against you in pure bliss. It's impossible not to melt!<br/><br/>She's fine with other cats, and curious but cautious around dogs - she'd probably prefer to watch dogs through the window, rather than have them curl up next to her.<br/><br/>Joplin is looking for a loving home where she can follow her favorite human around, supervise all activities, and share endless cuddles. If you're ready for a devoted, chatty, hand-holding shadow who purrs on command, Joplin is your girl!<br/><br/><br/>All pets arrive spayed/neutered, dewormed, microchipped and vaccinated. Adoption fee for Joplin is a suggested minimum of $60 (more gratefully accepted). All pets are placed with a 30-day money-back trial period, to give pet and family enough time to discover any unknown allergies or other conflicts.<br/><br/>Can't come to Republic? Don't let that stop you! We have monthly transports to the Seattle area, delivering adopted pets to their new owners. If you can add a little to your donation to help us cover our volunteer driver's expenses, that would be great!
