Meet Jonah <br/><br/>Jonahs story began in a heartbreaking way. He was found abandoned in an industrial park with no homes, no businesses, and no one looking out for him. Someone had left him there with only a small box for shelter. Thankfully, a kind person spotted him, shared his situation on Facebook, and another kind soul rushed to rescue him and that is where Purrfect Haven Cat Rescue and TNR was contacted to work to find him a loving home, never to be abandoned again.<br/><br/>When Jonah was found, he was severely underweight, skinny, and in rough condition. But despite everything he had been through, he never lost his sweet and loving spirit.<br/><br/>Today, Jonah is thriving and has become one of our absolute favorite residents. We lovingly joke that hes quite the ladies man because all the girls seem to adore him! This handsome black cat is incredibly affectionate and loves attention. When visitors come by, Jonah is often right there to greet them, following them around like a loyal little dog. He has a smaller frame, a gentle personality, and truly doesnt have a mean bone in his body. He gets along wonderfully with other cats and is simply a joy to be around.<br/><br/>Jonah is FIV positive, but dont let that scare you. FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) is often misunderstood. Cats with FIV can live long, happy, healthy, and completely normal lives. In fact, FIV-positive cats live right alongside FIV-negative cats without any issues. With routine veterinary care and a loving home, FIV-positive cats can enjoy the same quality of life as any other cat.<br/><br/>Jonah has already overcome so much in his life. Now all he needs is a family of his ownsomeone who will love him as much as he loves everyone he meets.
