Jonah's Story
Jonah is part of a group of 13 kittens (The Baker's Dozen) that was removed from a hoarding situation. The 13 kittens were varied in age as there were several adults also in the home. All the the kittens were born inside, so they were all very socialized.

Jonah is the last of that group to find his forever home. He is curious, but also a bit independent. He does, however, always want to be in your business, be it while you are cooking, eating, or on your laptop. He is an excellent supervisor, but also does love his naps in the sun, as well as couch time and a good bedtime snuggle.

Recently, he has been a bit troubled by a herpes flare up in his eyes. This shows up through his slight squinting and some watery discharge. He is not sick because of this, and he does have his eye drops that hopefully will clear the condition. He may always have a flare up now and again; we just don't know. He is being monitored by Eye Care for Animals in Wheeling for this condition. While he would love to have another 4 legged companion as would most of our available kittens, he would be ok with being an only as long as he is given lots of playtime.

If you think Jonah would fit into your family, please go to our website Feralfelineproject.org and fill out our adoption application found under Documents.
