Jolly Roger's Story

Jolly Roger and his sister, Angel Baby, were rescued from a feral colony when they were about four weeks old after their mother had abandoned them. They were both very skinny but Angel Baby was on her way out due to starvation and dehydration due to her inability to eat in her mother's absence.

Fortunately, with proper care and feeding, both kitten are now fat, happy little things, who love to eat, play, and love human attention.

Jolly Roger is what they might call a "velcro" cat - or at least he seems that way so far. He squeals for attention in his cage, and climbs the walls to get attention. When the door is opened, he immediately launches himself into your arms, and will happily perch on your shoulder! Roger really loves people and attention, and we hope to find him and his sister a home that can provide it.

Please consider adopting Jolly Roger with one of his siblings. Single-kitten adoptions are possible when there are other playful and cat-friendly cats in the home. The full litter includes Angel Baby, Jolly Roger, Hi Ho Silver, Annie Oakley, Starlight, Starbright, and Precious.

Foster-to-adopt one or more kittens while they await their spay/neuter surgeries and an official adoption can be executed. We recommend they be kept in a bathroom or spare room away from other cats for the time being.

This litter has an estimated date of birth of mid July.

Needs Must Cats will have received full vetting including spay or neuter, FIV/FLV testing, microchip, and treatment for parasites by time of adoption.

The adoption fee in the amount below helps us assist more cats and kittens in urgent need. These fees do not even begin to cover our expenses so please consider making an additional donate to support our life-saving efforts!

• Special Needs / Barn Cat - $0
• Adult Cat - $90
• Kitten - $125
• Pair of Kittens - $210

Please feel free to contact us by email with any questions, or submit your application here: https://tinyurl.com/needsmustadopt
