Jolie's Story

Hi! My name is Jolie. I had a rough start in life and no one knows my full story but I was rescued from the side of the road scrounging for food and very thin. I love my foster home where I'm safe and warm and get feed yummy food daily. I am blind, but it wasn't discover by my humans until recently because I have adapted so well. I don't climb much but my nose helps me get around. I need an inside home only that will stay the same so I can learn my way around furniture, rooms and where my food, water and litter box is. My new friends are learning more about me each day and would be happy to answer any questions. You can contact them at info@handnpawswa.org.

All of our animals are Microchipped, up to date on age appropriate vaccines, given dewormer and flea treatment. Prior to going home, they are spayed/neutered and given rabies shots (if old enough). Unless otherwise noted, our cats are FELV/FIV tested up request (at adopter's expense).

Our pets are located in foster homes, our shelter in Othello, or at PetSmart in Union Gap.

Our adoptions are First Come, First Served unless a hold is placed. Holds require a $25 non-refundable fee per pet or full adoption fee. The hold lasts up to 7 days. After 7 days, unclaimed pets are placed back for adoption and the hold fee is considered a donation.

Hands N Paws Animal Assistance's Adoption Policy
Thank you for looking at our pets. We are a foster based organization so appointments are made with a foster parent to visit our animals. Please fill out our adoption inquiry form. It will be forwarded to the foster home and they will contact you. The adoption fee of each of our animals is listed on their biography page. There will be information listed about the pet on that page as well. After you have spoken with a foster parent with Hands 'N Paws and have chosen a pet(s), you will be directed to fill out an Adoption Contract. Our adoptions are done on a first come first service basis unless a hold is placed on the pet(s). The hold is for up to 7 days and may be done when the Adoption Contract is submitted. You may place a hold by paying the Hold Fee of $25 per pet. The Hold Fee of $25 is Non-Refundable and will be in addition to the Adoption Fee. You may instead pay the full Adoption Fee which will also hold the pet(s). After 7 days, if the pet(s) have not been picked up, any fees paid will be forfeited and will be considered a donation to Hands 'N Paws Animal Assistance. The adoption fee may be paid on our website using our Donation Button or at the end of the adoption contract. When that is completed, the pick up arrangements can be made and you new family will go home with you. We do have regular events at Hale's Farm at Feed at 1510 W Basin Street, Ephrata WA on the 2nd and 5th Saturday's of each month from 10am to 2pm. At these events, we will have as many of our animals present so they can be visited with. There may transport for any animals adopted from our organization that need a ride to the westside arraigned to North Bend. They will need to meet in the parking lot in front of the Sketchers store at the outlet mall.
