Johnny's Story

Hi! I'm Johnny, the kitten superhero! My adventure began when my siblings and I, all named after famous country singers, discovered our superpowers of charm and playfulness. One day, while using our powers to spread joy, a kind-hearted human noticed us and knew we needed a bigger stage to share our talents. That's how we ended up here, at the shelter, ready to bring happiness to a forever home. I'm super sweet and love to play, making me the perfect sidekick. Adopt me and let's create our own joyful adventures together!

Note from Paws humans: Johnny and his siblings were found in a barn by a Paws Animal Shelter staff member. They're all very friendly, loving kittens who would be wonderful additions to any family. To apply to adopt any of our cats or kittens, please visit our website and fill out our on-line application at https://www.pawsurbana.org/apply-to-adopt.

Paws Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy

We do not do same-day adoptions, as we have an adoption application which must be completed and verified. We do not allow declawing of any of our animals even after they are adopted, and you must sign a contract agreeing to this (we sometimes take cats in who have already been declawed). We also require that all of the cats and kittens adopted from us must be kept exclusively indoors.
