Joey's Story
Meet JOEY!

Joey is a handsome black, brown, and white tabby with a beautiful coat and a heart to match. Around 6 years old, he has a calm, gentle nature and warms up quickly to new people. Joey enjoys quiet companionship and loves being brushed—despite his long hair, grooming is a breeze because he is happy to help by soaking up the attention.

Joey shares his communal room with his sister, Pixel. They are very similar in both looks and temperament and are deeply attached to one another. They spend nearly all their time together and become distressed when separated, finding comfort and confidence in each other’s presence. Joey came to the shelter due to an eviction and has spent his entire life indoors, so he should remain an indoor-only kitty.

Since he is already neutered, he is ready to go home with you right away.

Please use JOEY’s intake number (A060295) when making inquiries at the shelter.

All cats available for adoption at the Calaveras Animal Shelter are up-to-date on their routine vaccinations will be microchipped.
