JoJo's Story

All of our cats and kittens receive an exam, are spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated, de-wormed, de-flead, tested for FeLV and FIV, and microchipped.

JoJo is a long‑haired, gentle boy born around June 2022. He loves being brushed and absolutely lights up for treats. Sweet, timid, and very docile, he’s the kind of cat who blossoms with calm, patient companionship.

JoJo is FeLV‑positive (feline leukemia). While the condition can sound intimidating, many FeLV‑positive cats enjoy comfortable, happy lives indoors with regular veterinary care. It isn’t contagious to humans (just other cats), and JoJo can live with another FeLV‑positive cat or be your cherished only pet.

Because JoJo was originally trapped as a feral cat and has spent most of his life being socialized in a crate with us, the larger world still feels new and overwhelming to him. He’s available for long‑term foster or foster‑to‑adopt, and he’ll thrive with someone who can offer gentleness, stability, and time.

If you’re looking to make a meaningful difference for a truly sweet soul, JoJo is ready for his first real home.

If you’re looking for a sweet, well‑mannered cuddle companion who brings both calm and playfulness to a home, Nellie is ready to be your little lovebug.

If you have submitted an application and have been waiting to hear back from us for a few days, please check your SPAM folder.
