JJ

Some cats just need a chance to show you who they really are—and JJ is one of those special guys.

JJ came to us after one of our TNR volunteers offered to help spay and neuter a large colony living on a farm in West Virginia. We knew there were likely some friendly, adoptable kitties in the mix, and JJ quickly proved us right.

Just over a year old, JJ is an incredibly friendly, handsome boy with striking black-and-white markings and the sweetest personality. He wasn’t thriving at the farm, but he has come such a long way in our care and is now ready to find his forever home.

JJ is a playful little hunter who absolutely loves wand toys and is very good at catching his “prey.” He also makes wonderful eye contact with his foster mom and has no trouble letting her know when he’d like some pets. He is comfortable around the resident cat-friendly dogs and would do well with older children.

JJ wouldn’t mind sharing his forever home with his lady friend from the farm, Maxine, or his mini-me foster kitten buddy, Winston. But whether he finds a home with a feline friend or gets to be your one-and-only, this sweet boy is ready to be someone’s beloved companion.

JJ is neutered, up to date on vaccines, combo tested, and microchipped. He is currently being fostered in Alexandria.

If you’re looking for a playful, affectionate, wonderfully quirky young cat, JJ might just be your guy.

Apply to meet Georgie at https://www.animalalliesva.org/application-form/
