Jinshi's Story

Hello, I'm Jinshi! I'm a soft, long haired tabby and white gentleman with a gentle soul, born approximately 7/21/2017. I may be the larger yet quieter half of my duo, but I have a heart just as full. I can be a little shy at first and often like to start out in a cozy spot where I feel safe, but give me a little patience and you'll see me blossom. Once I'm comfortable, I truly enjoy attention, chin scratches, full-body pets, and especially brushing (which helps keep my beautiful coat in top shape). I'm incredibly sweet, and I show it in my own tender ways. I love cuddling, both with my people and especially with my best friend, Jachol. We've been seen snuggled up together many times, and I rely on him for comfort and confidence. Because of that, we must go home together.
As I settle in, I grow more curious and affectionate, and I have a loud purr and an even louder heart. I really am a very sweet, loving guy! I love food and treats, which is a very easy way to my heart! I've started exploring my surroundings, enjoying lap time, and even gently asking for more pets once I know I'm safe. I can be a little sensitive to new environments or loud activity, so I'd do best in a calm, understanding home that will let me adjust at my own pace. I also enjoy being brushed and cared for, and I've been eating a gastrointestinal diet alongside Jachol.
I'm a cooperative, sweet boy who just needs a little time and kindness to truly shine. If you have a peaceful home, a gentle touch, and room in your heart for a bonded pair, I promise I'll reward you with quiet companionship, soft purrs, and the sweetest cuddles, right alongside Jachol. We've been through a lot together, and we're happiest as a pair. If you're looking for a pair of gentle, affectionate, people-loving companions who will greet you at the door, keep you company, and fill your home with warmth and purrs, we just might be your perfect match. If so, please fill out an adoption application at www.wbcats.org/adopt.
