Jimmy is a bob-tail Manx making him very talkative and playful like a dog! He was found abandoned and scooped up by one of our awesome dog rescue mamas. He was fostered with them for a few weeks, enjoying sleeping with her 3 young kids and terrorizing his foster mama's feet under the covers.

Joe is the sleek handsome black DSH with a white spot on his chest! This handsome contractor in training decided to take his chances while our founder was at Lowe’s getting lumber one day. She decided he could come help renovate the kitten foster room. He’s a little shy at first but his new brother Jimmy showed him that being indoors with people is indeed the good life!

Jimmy immediately accepted Joe when he arrived. He finally had someone to play with! These two have been bonded ever since.

They’re about 16-18 weeks old!

Dogs are still a bit scary; to be fair, their original doggo foster sister is a giant Great Dane. Their new foster mama has 2 normal sized dogs and they are warming up quickly to them!

If you think you are the right match for Jimmy & Joe, please apply to adopt here:
https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1doqwbKyo7ZFi9Wq2ss-et4DLqM7esQfvEUdXVZBnA98/viewform?edit_requested=true&pli=1

Our adoption fee is $600 for the pair, this includes vetting, transport (we typically can get within 1-2 hours of most places) and our animals all go home with an adoption bag to help them transition to their new home!

We will NEVER ask or accept funds until your pets are in your hands. Please beware of scams!

All of our animals are fully vetted before going to their fur-ever homes. They are spayed/neutered, current on vaccines, dewormed, up to date on flea/tick prevention, heartworm prevention, and microchipped!

Please Note: All animals are posted until they are officially adopted. This animal may have other interested adopters in line.

We are very quick to respond and process applications! You will be required to provide 2 non-family personal references, a home video tour, and a vet reference if you’ve previously had animals.

Please feel free to send a video to our email or Facebook upon submitting an application; this lets us know you are serious and ready but also helps us to get you approved quickly. We will text and or call upon receiving your application to schedule a phone interview.

You must be an approved adopter to go on meet and greets. This saves everyone’s time- especially our gracious foster families! This also allows for you to take the animals home from the meet and greet if you so choose.

Interested in fostering? We would love to have you join our family! Fill out the same application above- we have our fosters go through the same process as adopters!

Questions? Whiskers Fund's Adoption Policy
Everyone is required to fill out our adoption application, we then call the potential adopter and discuss the animal they are applying to adopt, go over any questions they may have and we may have regarding their application. We truly work each animal based on their needs and find a home that's right for that animal. We require 2 non personal references, we contact both and have a conversation regarding the potential adopter. We also require a vet reference and call the vet to verify. We do require a FaceTime walk through of their home if the adopter is not local, to ensure the animal will have a safe and secure place to live. Once matched with an animal and approved we make arrangements for the animal to go home, we are very clear that we will be keeping in touch and checking in for updates. We encourage everyone to join our private adopted group so they can post and keep up with their litter mates and just have a network of others that have adopted!
