JiJi's Story

Jiji is a sweet young girl at about one year. She talks when she wants something, which is usually breakfast or attention.<br/><br/>She will sleep anywhere, most often she can be found sleeping on the floor or if she can find a cozy spot on the couch.<br/><br/>Jiji isn’t much for toys, but is interested in sitting in the window perch and needs vertical scratching posts.<br/><br/>She can never sit just right in your arms, but she doesn’t dislike being held at all.<br/><br/>She’s a very independent lady and doesn’t often jump in your lap for attention.<br/><br/>She loves to be pet anywhere, but really likes scratches under the chin or behind the ears.<br/><br/>Jiji allows herself to be picked up if you are petting her, but she sees no need in being carried around.<br/><br/>She gets uneasy around loud noises that could startle her, such as a car backfiring or the leaf blower. She needs to have a place to hide when these happen, but recovers quickly after the noise is gone.<br/><br/>She is shy around other cats, but might enjoy a cuddle buddy. Has not been around dogs. Completely at ease with humans of all sizes and energy levels. She’s very self assured.<br/><br/>Adoption fee is $95 for cats.<br/>Cost includes spay/neuter, microchip, combo test and vaccinations for rabies and FVRCP.
