Jewel's Story

I'm lucky someone was home when I wandered onto their farm because I really needed help. Jewel is what they named me and I'm a sweet, 5-year-old tortoiseshell female. I had a large wound on my back and needed medical attention right away. Animal Ark made space for me so I could get the care I deserve. They also thought I might be pregnant! Sure enough, after my arrival I gave birth to three kittens. I was a very good mom to Topaz, Opal and Ebony but they don't need me anymore. There's no background info on me as to how I would behave with other animals or children. I'm not real big on being picked up but I'm just glad to be feeling better and ready to find a new place to call home!
