He loves chasing a feather wand, whether it’s gliding through the air or skimming along the ground. One of his cutest quirks? He’ll “dig” into bedding to find his foster mom’s wiggling toes—always gently, never using claws or teeth. It’s all part of his playful charm!<br/><br/>Jester has a balanced routine: playful in the mornings and evenings, then happily snoozing the day away in between. He especially enjoys spending quiet time close to his foster mom, often curling up beside her. He bonded quickly and thrives on that companionship. Even better—he knows his name and will come when called!<br/><br/>When it comes to meeting new people, Jester does best with a calm introduction. If visitors give him a little space and let him approach on his own terms, he’ll soon be asking for pets and attention. Like many cats, he may shy away from fast or overly eager approaches—but patience wins his heart every time.<br/><br/>Jester would love a home where his gentle, affectionate personality is appreciated. He thrives on human connection, head rubs, and cozy companionship—especially during his favorite active times in the morning, evening, and overnight.<br/><br/>He’s also a dream when it comes to manners: he uses his scratching post and has excellent litter box habits.<br/><br/>If you’re looking for a loving, sweet-natured, and well-mannered cat who will truly bond with you, Jester is ready to be your new best friend.<br/><br/>Jester was found as a stray and his history with dogs and other cats is unknown. <br/><br/>You must be at least 21 years of age to adopt from us. We accept online/electronic credit or debit card pre-payments for adoptions (no cash).<br/><br/>NOTE: Please do not ask us to HOLD a cat/kitten for you. Our space is very limited as we don't have a facility. <br/><br/>Laurel Cats does not have a shelter or storefront. Our kittens and cats are placed in the homes of loving volunteer fosters until they are adopted. This means our cats are accustomed to being handled and loved.
