Jesse reminds us of Stanley from the office. He has a similar side eye and personality. Jesse is a calm boy that is great with other cats and is absolute purrrfection. He loves to cuddle. He is a volunteer favorite and worthy of an Instagram account where he would have an opinion about everything.

Pet Refuge was formed in 1978 to help with cats and dogs in need of homes. We are a limited admission shelter that supports our local animals control facilities by helping take in the overflow of cats and dogs from their facilities. We also take in owner surrenders as space allows.
