Jerome

I cannot rave about Jerome enough. I adore cats, but every once in awhile along comes a cat so special, so charming, so delightful, and Jerome is one of those cats. His exact age is unknown, although it is believed he is somewhere between about 9 months and 15 months. He is still smallish with a rather immature build, and has the energy and playfulness of a kitten. Jerome’s entire focus is to be with people. He has a variety of meows, chirrups, and grunts, as well as a loud Insistent cry when he really wants your attention and is not getting it. He carries on conversations with you when you talk to him. Palest golden orange in color, his short fur is amazingly soft and silky, like a newborn human baby’s hair. He is a very neat and clean kitty, and fanatical about covering up any mess in his litter box! He first came to my attention when he was on death row, due to a case of scabies. That was easily cleared up with medication. He has been neutered, tested negative for FeLV and FIV, received his basic shots, been dewormed and deflead and is ready to find a very special family to love him lots and lots forever.
