Jeremy Scoots's Story
Jeremy Scoots is a large, handsome 4 y/o boy who had a rocky start to life. Born outside, Jeremy spent his first few years fending for himself on the streets. He got pretty beat up out there and ended up with a hind leg injury. Since coming to Friends of Bear, his leg has healed but he may always have a slightly wonky walk (he can move, jump, and climb just fine!). Jeremy also had to get many of his teeth extracted due to dental disease. However, he's since flourished into a chonky, happy and healthy big boy and is now ready to find his lucky forever home!

He can be shy at first, so he needs a person/family who will be patient and understanding, and go at his pace. He loves head scritches and Churu, and once he warms up to you, he is such a sweet boy.

Jeremy Scoots would prefer a quiet home without any small children or dogs. However, he has proven to do well with other cats if given a proper, slow introduction.

Jeremy is FIV+, which is not a big deal! We'd be happy to address any questions or concerns about his FIV+ status if you contact us directly.

If you're interested in giving this large lad the home he deserves, please contact us: friendsofbearcatrescue.org/contact
