In that case, we kindly ask for a personal reference instead.<br/>Why we ask these questions:<br/>We want to make sure we find the best possible fit for both you and the animal.<br/>For renters, we need to confirm with your landlord that pets are allowed, as unfortunately, many landlords in Franklin County have restrictions.<br/>Checking with your veterinarian helps us ensure that our animals receive the ongoing medical care they deserve.<br/>What happens next:<br/>Once we receive positive references from your landlord (if applicable) and veterinarian (or personal reference), we'll contact you to schedule an appointment if you're interested in adopting a dog.<br/>If you're looking for a feline friend, you're welcome to come in anytime during our open hours!<br/>Important information:<br/>Adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the date your application is approved.<br/>We're truly grateful for the overwhelming interest in our animals!
