One thing that sets Jay apart is his half a "bobtail" and the white ring around his neck! Jay and Zan were rescued from a local business during TNVR operations. These babies are sweet and need a family to love!<br/><br/>Jay is neutered, vaxed with age-appropriate vaccines and is microchipped.
