Jay is a young adult male who was left at the GNHCP Center in a carrier in the fall of 2024. He is very curious, sweet, and gets along well with other cats! Jay can be very chatty, and he likes to curl up in baskets of clean laundry, in cat tunnels, or in any other little cozy hiding spot he can find. We would like to place him in a home with another cat so that he has a playmate. The Greater New Haven Cat Project, Inc.'s Adoption Policy

We require all adopters to fill out our adoption screening forms through our website, and we will only respond to inquires sent via email or through our Contact Us page on our website. Please visit gnhcp.org/adoptions for more information about our adoption policies. WE ONLY ADOPT TO CT RESIDENTS. We also require an adoption fee of $225 (for both adult cats and kittens) to help defray the costs for vaccination and spay/neuter expenses.
