Javier is a good natured, yet reserved fella. He has a very good play/sleep balance - this boy understands the value of a good nap after an active playtime (especially one that includes a cat tunnel)! His favorite sleeping spot so far is on the couch cushions - obviously loving all things soft and comfortable.<br/><br/>Once a person has earned Javier’s trust, he loves physical attention - having his cheeks scratched is a personal favorite of his. It puts him to sleep almost every time! Javier will do best in a home without small children or dogs (older, slow moving ones may be ok) and will need lots of patience from his new owner as it takes him awhile to adapt to new situations. <br/><br/>Javier would prefer to be placed with a friendly, outgoing kitty, so that he continues to learn that people are safe and can be trusted.
