Hi, I'm Jasper! <br/>I'm a one-year-old handsome black kitty, and I've been on quite a journey learning that people can be trusted. When I first came to my foster home three months ago, I was extremely scared and shut down. But little by little, I've been coming out of my shell-and now I've discovered that being loved is actually pretty wonderful!<br/>I'm the more outgoing one between me and my sister, Marigold, and I've become a consistent snuggler. I love getting attention and, believe it or not, I even enjoy belly rubs! I'm also VERY motivated by play. Toys are my thing, and sometimes I can get a little handsy when I'm playing. Don't worry-I'm not trying to be naughty. I just need a little redirection when I get too enthusiastic.<br/>My sister Marigold and I aren't bonded, but we really do enjoy each other's company. We also like other cats, so I'd love a home with her or with another playful kitty.<br/>I'm still learning and growing every day, so I need a calm, quiet home and a patient person who understands that trust takes time.
