Jasmine 's Story

Jasmine is an almost 5-month-old small tortie with a big personality and an even bigger voice. If you’re looking for a kitten who will truly keep you company, Jasmine is your girl. She loves to “chat” and doesn’t enjoy being alone, so she’s happiest in a home where someone is around often to talk to and snuggle with.

She’s absolutely gorgeous, with just a light sprinkling of gold in her mostly black coat. She may be smaller than her brother, but she makes up for it with personality.

Jasmine is very affectionate and loves to snuggle, and is not especially playful. She won’t jump into your lap on her own just yet, but she’ll happily stay there once placed and is content being held for long stretches. She truly thrives on attention and will call out when she wants company.

She does great with people of all ages and has warmed up to her foster mom's two small dogs, often rubbing up on them. She hasn’t taken to a new foster kitty, so she may prefer to be your only cat or need slow introductions.

After spending a few months outside before being rescued, she’s still gaining weight and figuring things out. She’s a bit particular with food and currently prefers kibble and Churus over canned food, but she continues to improve every day.

Jasmine has received her first FVRCP vaccination. Her adoption fee includes a microchip for her safety and a voucher for spay at a local veterinarian.

If you’re looking for a talkative, snuggly companion who wants to be near you as much as possible, Jasmine is ready to meet you. If you have questions or want to meet her, please contact her foster mom Nikki at 616-446-4896.
