Jasmine

Jasmine is a one-year-old brown tabby who arrived at an outdoor cat colony, hungry and very pregnant. A kind family took her in and cared for her until she had her kittens. She was then placed in foster care until the kittens were old enough to be adopted by another rescue organization. Now Jasmine needs a home. Jasmine is a curious, high-energy cat who is fearless, enjoys watching birds and squirrels, and loves playing with wand toys and Turbo Scratchers. She will stand on her hind legs for food. Jasmine craves attention and will tolerate being picked up, but she is not yet a lap cat. Like many former outdoor cats, she makes very little noise. It takes time for her to get used to other cats, and she will stand her ground, despite being tiny. Her behavior toward dogs and children is unknown. <br/><br/>All cats have tested negative for FeLV/FIV and are up to date on rabies and FVRCP vaccinations. Jasmine has a Home Again microchip, and StreetCats will register it with her new adopter. The StreetCats adoption fee is $75; for adopters 65 years or older, it is $65. <br/><br/>StreetCats is located at 3105 S. Winston Ave. (one block west of 31st & Yale) in Tulsa. We are open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Anyone wishing to adopt must visit StreetCats, and all household members must accompany them.
