Meet Janice! <br/><br/>Janice is a beautiful 1–2-year-old black and white girl who was rescued from the streets of Bayonne after she was believed to have been abandoned. While we don't know what she's been through, it's clear she is a sweet, gentle girl who's still learning to trust people. She'll often run away when approached, but she's already beginning to let people get a little closer each day. With patience, kindness, and a calm environment, we believe she'll continue to blossom. <br/><br/> Janice would do best in a quiet home without young children. She would also do well in a home with other friendly cats, as she enjoys the company of her feline friends. We believe she would thrive in a peaceful environment where she can decompress and adjust at her own pace.<br/><br/>Janice is spayed, fully vetted, and SNAP tested negative. She has a healthy appetite, gets along well with other cats, and is quietly adjusting to life at our shop.<br/><br/>A foster or foster-to-adopt home could make all the difference for Janice. She's already making wonderful progress, and we believe a quiet home environment would help her continue to build confidence and show her sweet personality.
