When he first arrived, James was very shy, unsure of the world around him, and would hide in the corner of his kennel (picture #1) --but with patience, kindness, and lots of gentle encouragement, he's truly come out of his shell.<br/><br/>James now adores attention from his caregivers. He'll reach out with his paws to pull your hands toward his head, politely requesting pets. And once he feels safe, he flops right onto his back to show off his chin and belly, hoping you'll oblige with some well-deserved scratches.<br/><br/>He's eager to play, always ready to chase a toy, and never turns down a tasty treat. And those stunning hazel eyes? They'll melt your heart the moment you meet him.<br/><br/>James is ready for a loving home that will continue to help him grow in confidence.
