Jam's Story

A calculated revenge-seeker, this rambunctious, high-energy babe is much more of a run-around wiggle-worm than a quiet cuddle lap cat. She doesn't stay in one place or sit still for too long. She'll sleep on your neck, face, chest, head - anywhere that makes it hard to breathe. Want to sleep in past 4am? Too bad. Jam says it's paw-at-you-for-playtime. A finger lick-giver and chewer, she is also a big crier, meowing for anything and everything. Jam got her name because she was "jammin'" as a kitten. She was the first of her litter to play with toys and strut off on adventures. This little jamboree will always be up to something.

A little more about her:

Jam is very shy around new people but she will warm up with time. She does love to sleep under a blanket by your side a LOT. Jam doesn't really play much with other cats. In fact, she can actually be a little fussy with them. If you have other cats, this may be a concern. Many who have had interest in Jam are looking for a little less fussy rambunctiousness. But don't be swayed - she is an affectionate, fun, and personality-packed cat. She just expresses love in her own Jam-way.

She also has not been introduced to dogs. We do not recommend her for a dog household.

Other Jam info - she was born in our home! Her birthday is July 10, 2022. Her other two siblings have been adopted, but she's still here along with her mom. We have her baby blanket as well.

****

Brozanski for Cats believes that no cat should be left outside. Brozanski for Cats's Adoption Policy
Our adoption process works to ensure that our cats are placed in homes that are properly prepared to commit to a lifelong family member. We encourage a meet-and-greet of our cats wherein we discuss personality fits, expectations of feral cats as pets, and transitioning into new homes. We then require a 7-day waiting period after selecting an adoptee to further safeguard against impulsive decision making. Adopted cats are sent home with an exit package that includes all medical paperwork, a transitional timeline guide and an agreement that we may check-in after 24hours, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months to see how the cat(s) are doing. We offer advice and support during the transition period and also allow for returns if the adoption doesn't work out.
