Jaguar's Story

Hi! My name is Jaguar and here is a bit more about me :

My Journey
My three siblings and I were found living in a colony in Los Angeles. Luckily, a kind rescuer stepped in and helped bring us into Smittens Care. Since then, we’ve been safe, loved, and given the chance to grow, play, and let our unique personalities shine.

My Social Life
Other cats ? I do great with my siblings and love wrestling and playing with them. When it comes to new cats, I can be a little cautious at first, so I’ll need slow, patient introductions—once I feel comfortable, I settle in just fine.
Dogs? I haven’t met dogs yet, so slow and gentle introductions would be best.
Kids? With kind, respectful "mini humans," I may do well as I continue to grow and gain confidence.

My Personality
Curious, athletic, and a little mischievous.
I love exploring my surroundings and keeping an eye on the world—especially birds outside the window! I’m energetic and entertaining, and while I sometimes knock things over in my excitement, it’s all part of my playful charm.

I Enjoy...
Toys that wiggle, flutter, or move
Bird-watching from a sunny window
Wrestling and playing with my siblings
Lounging on a cozy bed between play sessions

I’m Not a Fan Of...
I can be a bit cautious around new cats at first, especially bigger ones. Slow introductions help me feel confident and safe.

What Makes Me Special
I have a sleek, shiny black coat—perfect for sneaky pounces and nighttime adventures! I’m also a total goofball and have been caught chasing my own tail more than once.

My Perfect Home
I’d love a home with another playful cat or one of my siblings. If there’s already a resident cat, a patient and gradual introduction would be ideal. I’m active, curious, and happiest in a home that lets me play, explore, and observe to my heart’s content.

My siblings, if still available, are Minnie, Maximus and Valentino.

Young kittens are adopted in pairs or to a home with another playful kitty.
