Jag

A REAL CHARACTER JUST ARRIVED AT THE MONTECITO PET SHOP ON THE MESA AND HIS NAME IS JAG!

We just didn’t have the heart to take Jag’s toy away for his photo shoot. But let me tell you, he LOVES his toys...chaser toys on a stick, stuffed toys with feather, balls and just about anything he can make move. He is just a character and I mean that in a good way! He is fun, funny, confident, playful and the perfect kitten!
Jag was only few days old when his family turned him, his five siblings and his young mom into a high-kill shelter. We know the babies would have certainly been euthanized for being under age, and who knows about the mom.
The family went to a wonderful foster who took wonderful care of them. It was hard for her to say goodbye but it is finally time for the Jag and his family to find homes to call their own.
Jag has had a vet exam and is tested for Felv/FIV (his mother is negative, too.) He has had his first FVRCP vaccination and is wormed, neutered and microchipped.
You really don’t want this one to get away!
You can meet and adopt him through RESQCATS at The Montecito Pet Shop on the Mesa at 2020 Cliff Drive. The number for the shop is (805)965-6780. Adoption hours are Monday-Saturday from 10-5 and Sunday from 10-3!
