Jack's Story
Here we have Jack !

Jack is a charmer despite having a rough road along the way . It began with being hit by a car witnessed by a volunteer who came to his rescue . Jack had some pain afterward but fortunately, there were no serious injuries identified at vet visit .
As Jack started to feel better, he began taking in his surroundings, namely other cats and one day , he seized an opportunity to flee his cage when a volunteer was cleaning up. Jack confronted another cat and a fight quickly followed . Our volunteer intervened and in the fight or flight heat of the moment, Jack bit her leg . There have been no other biting incidents and Jack has made huge progress coexisting with other cats and is even developing friendly relationships with a few. There is still an occasional moment of bullying so at this moment in time it’s recommended he be your one and only in an adult only home unless he becomes noticeably connected to another shelter cat then both could be adopted together . Jack is neutered , vaccinated microchipped and otherwise ready to begin a new chapter, hopefully the last chapter where he lives happily ever after .
