In January, I underwent FHO (femoral head ostectomy) surgery on my hip and have been making an amazing recovery! Because I haven't been able to use that leg normally for a while, I've lost some muscle in that area. The good news is that as I continue to stay active and enjoy life, I'll keep building strength and muscle. Every day I'm getting stronger, and I'm excited to show off my progress in my forever home!
