Ivy (F)'s Story

Meet Ivy – the sweetest little senior with a heart full of love!

At 16 years young, Ivy has been through quite an adventure. This gentle girl was found all alone in someone’s backyard, all alone and a bit confused but as kind and trusting as could be. From the moment she was rescued, Ivy has charmed everyone she’s met with her affectionate spirit and gentle purrs.

Though she only has one eye, don’t let that fool you—nothing slows this beautiful lady down! Ivy gets around just fine and enjoys all the simple pleasures in life: a cozy nap in a sunny spot, gentle pets, and quiet companionship with her humans.
Her foster mom says Ivy is the perfect combination of sweet, calm, and loving. She’s happy to curl up next to you for snuggles or simply lounge nearby while you relax.

Ivy is looking for a quiet, loving home where she can spend her golden years surrounded by warmth and care. If you’re searching for a loyal, low-key companion who will fill your heart with peace and affection, Ivy just might be your perfect match.

Ivy has Arthritis and requires a special injection monthly called Solencia or she is in pain. That will require a trip to the vet monthly unless your vet is comfortable showing you how to do the injections yourself.

✨ Adopt Ivy and show her that her best years are still ahead! ✨

Note: The adoption fee for Ivy is waived.

INTERESTED IN ADOPTING?

Please visit pbj.org and click the ADOPT link at the top of the page to complete a no-obligation adoption application.

It's best to apply and be pre-approved to adopt before attending an adoption event.

We are always in need of foster homes ... to learn more, please visit pbj.org and click the FOSTER button at the top of our home page.

The adoption fee includes age-appropriate vaccinations, FIV/FeLV combo testing, microchipping, and spay/neuter.
