Ivy's Story

At just over a year old, Ivy still has all the playful charm of a kitten with the love and affection of an adult cat. She was found on Erie's lower east side by a kind Good Samaritan who made sure she got the second chance she deserved.

Ivy is incredibly sweet with people and enjoys being held close once she trusts you. One of her absolute favorite things? Catnip toys! Give this girl a catnip toy and she's in heaven!

Shelter life can be overwhelming, and Ivy doesn't always appreciate having so many feline roommates around her. Because of that, we think she may thrive best as the only cat or possibly with one or two calmer kitties in a home setting with slow, proper introductions.

Beneath her sassy moments is a loving girl who's ready for a home where she can finally relax, play, and be someone's baby.

Ivy is combo test negative and fully vetted, including spay, rabies vaccine, FVRCP vaccines, and all the necessary parasite treatments.
