Ivy's Story
Meet Ivy 💛

Originally named Ivermectin (we know… quite the name!), this petite 5-year-old beauty now goes by Ivy — and it suits her perfectly.

Ivy came into REDS: The Collar Project’s care after developing bladder stones that required cystotomy surgery. She’s recovered wonderfully and is now feeling so much better! To keep her healthy and prevent future stones, Ivy will need to stay on a prescription urinary diet — a small routine that helps her live her best life (and she is a big fan of the food).

Ivy is a gentle, independent girl who takes a little time to warm up to new people, but once she feels safe, her personality starts to shine. She’s curious, smart, and playful in her own quiet way.

Her absolute favorite thing? Other cats. Ivy truly thrives in a home with feline companions and would do best with a friendly kitty friend to help her feel confident and comfortable.

If you’re looking for a low-key, thoughtful companion who blossoms with patience (and has a soft spot for other cats), Ivy might just be your perfect match. 🐾
