Ivy's Story

Ivy is a little lady who came to us after not faring too well on the streets as a tiny kitten. She was sick with an injured eye and unfortunately the eye could not be repaired. Ivy does perfectly well without it though!

Ivy is a polite little lady who may be a little shy but once she knows you and you give her attention she melts to make the sweetest biscuits! Ivy is a pretty independent girl but likes to be around to check things out. She adores playing with her foster siblings and she hasn't met a rattle ball toy she didn't love!

Ivy absolutely loves cuddles at the end of the day. She curls up with her foster parents and demands all of the cuddles be for her! Then she will blissfully purr herself to sleep.

Ivy would do best in a mellow home, she does well with cats and cat friendly dogs.

If you are looking for a sweet beauty, Ivy is your gal! If you are interested in adopting please complete our application to get the process started!

Cali's Misfits's Adoption Policy
Once an application is submitted, it will be reviewed by the Cali's Misfits Team. A volunteer will contact the applicant to schedule a phone call to review the application and go over any questions. If the applicant and cat are a good match, the volunteer will schedule a meet and greet. At the meet and greet, the applicant will be able to decide if they want to move forward to complete the adoption and take home the kitty! Each adoption is unique, we prefer to match the adopter with a kitty (or two). If they have a kitty in mind then we will see if they are a good match, if not we can recommend other kitties that may be a better fit. For kittens under 12 weeks of age priority is given to an adopter with another cat in the home or interested in adopting two kittens.
