Happy Fall! The calendar might say we are in the "ber" months, but the temperatures are still warm! That means we are still struggling through kitten season. We desperately need to make room to get Moms, kittens and other cats in and fixed before the cold comes. Please consider adopting! And tell your friend to adopt too! All I want is some attention and a home, a warm place to call my very own. <br/><br/>I'm a very sweet kitty and would love to spend time with you! Do you ever feel a need for a comforting presence to come home to after a long day? I could be that! A sweet and soft shadow by your side everyday? I could be that too! I dream of cozy evenings nestled on the couch, my purr a gentle lullaby as you unwind. I promise to be the most attentive listener to all your worries and complaints about work or the world with my quiet understanding. I promise to be a purrrrfect kitty for you! My simple joys are a full belly, the loving pet, and the peaceful solace of a deep, contented nap. Sometimes, I'll even bat playfully at a toy, but my truest desire, is always on the comfort of cuddles.<br/><br/>I get along with other kitties, with the proper introduction but I'm unsure about the louder, more boisterous energy of dogs. Our volunteers work with shy and/or unsocialized kitties everyday to gain their trust to show them they are safe and no one will hurt them. However, when the kitties go to a new home, some will require extra time to get used to new surroundings and different people. Please consider giving a kittie who might need a little time to get used to a new home, a chance. This is a serious commitment and it sets the kitties back in their level of trust if they are given up after a few weeks or months. We are always here to help with any questions Please, only apply if you are an experienced cat owner or are willing to provide patience and good forever home. <br/>Thank you!
