ITSY BITSY's Story
ITSY BITSY was found a few weeks after the terrible storm, Hurricane Helene, near Asheville, September 2024! She had been left behind in an abandoned, almost completely demolished trailer in Linville, NC. Efforts had been made to reunite her with her original owners but to no avail. In fact, we do not know if her owners survived. When she was found, she was walking through the shattered glass remnants of the trailer which had been hit by a falling tree. She was so happy to be saved from starvation and sure death, rescued in the nick of time! We hope to find her a new loving home where she can begin to feel safe and find happiness once again! Itsy is a beautiful combination of white and black and has the most gorgeous light green eyes! Bitsy is about 1 and 1/2 years old, is spayed and has had all her shots. In addition, she has tested negative for Leukemia.
