Meet Issac! We cannot believe this cutie is still at the shelter! He and his brother came back from foster, and his brother was almost immediately adopted but Issac is still here. Issac is about 14 weeks old and has the most amazing cow spotted pattern! He loves attention and provides endless hours of entertainment, both for the staff and also for the other cats in the cat room!
