Iona (FeLV positive)'s Story

Miss Iona...(Ona to her close friends)
Born September, 2024 a young beautiful, playful debutante.
Now appearing at Desert Paws Rescue!
If you have always wanted a gorgeous female in your life that wants your attention; then you must come see Miss Iona at her newest engagement at Desert Paws Rescue.
She can be seen showing off her gorgeous silky medium hair coat of gray with wonderful accents of a white chest and paws; to any and all admirers. She is truly a beauty. She is playful with other cats and not afraid of dogs. She is often found doing her Dora the Explorer act and can be found having sneaked into cupboards or climbing to impossible heights inside her foster home. Just when you think you have lost her, her playful side appears, and she shows up from who knows where.
The cat trees are her favorite play and observation areas next to any windowsill with an interesting view. If you have been gone for even a short bit she will greet you at the door winding in between your feet and talking continually until you pick her up for a snuggle. But not too long because there are other cats to play with and toys to chase not to mention that crazy red dot that appears unannounced!
Please come see Miss Iona at her newest engagement. Tickets are free!

PLEASE NOTE: Iona has tested Regressive Positive for Feline Leukemia (FeLV), so she will need to be an only cat or join a home with older cats with a history of FeLV vaccines.

!!!
