You’d never guess this playful girl is 6 years old. Inky greets each day with enthusiasm, especially when it starts with her beloved wet food breakfast. As you prepare it, she’ll happily weave between your legs, reminding you that mornings are better with her by your side.<br/><br/>After breakfast, Inky enjoys her first cozy nap of the day, saving her energy for what comes next: playtime! She truly shines when she’s playing with her human, but she’s also perfectly content batting around a stuffed mouse or ball on her own. She delights in energetic play sessions at least twice a day and is especially fond of laser pointers and watching “Cat TV” on YouTube. Dinner time is just as exciting as breakfast (and just as cute), with crunchy snacks enjoyed in between.<br/><br/>Inky knows how special it is to be safe and loved. She has no desire to venture outdoors. Her world is indoors, shared with her human. If she’s not curled up napping, she’ll be there to greet you at the door, keep you company while you work, or quietly supervise meal prep. She adores brushing sessions and catnip, and her purr, sometimes soft and gentle, sometimes deep and rumbly, is pure comfort.<br/><br/>A gentle and submissive soul, Inky would thrive as the only pet in a calm, loving home, or alongside another quiet, easygoing cat. She’s perfectly suited to apartment life and asks for very little: a scratching pad, regular wet food meals, an accessible litter box, and a patient, kind human who will let her settle in at her own pace and show her the love she so deeply deserves.<br/><br/>Inky is searching for an experienced adopter who understands boundaries and will cherish the joy of watching a shy heart bloom. We can't predict exactly when or how much dental work she'll need, but she's looking for a responsible owner who is financially and emotionally prepared for the veterinary care that comes with welcoming any new pet into the family. Like all ACR cats, Inky is up to date on vaccines and has been treated for fleas and parasites.
