MEET INDY! Loves playtime! Indy came to us from an overcrowding situation, which means he spent most of his life surrounded by lots of other cats but didn’t get much one-on-one time with humans. Because of that, he’s a bit shyer than your “typical” cat, but once Indy feels safe enough to peek out from his hiding spot, we get to see a bit his true personality come out. Give him a toy with a feather or dangling end, and he’ll slowly reach out, grab it, and proudly “capture” it, sometimes refusing to let go! His gentle, cautious play quickly turns into enthusiastic pouncing once he gets into the groove. <br/><br/>Indy is still learning that humans aren't so scary, and he’ll need a home that can offer him time, patience, and understanding as he continues to build confidence.<br/><br/> A quiet, cat-savvy home would be ideal, and he may do well with another confident cat who can help show him the ropes. Indy is currently up to date on all vaccinations, has been spayed/neutered, microchipped and seen by our vet team. However, we will be unable to facilitate same day adoptions due to state regulated paperwork requirements.
