Ellie's Legacy Pet Rescue's Adoption Policy

Ellie's Legacy has some amazing cats & dogs available for adoption! All of our animals live in loving foster homes; often times with other pets and children of various ages. Living in a family setting is beneficial to the wellness of our pets and their foster parents get to know them very well. This makes it easier to determine if a specific pet would fit into your family. ADOPTION FEES: DOGS: Adoption fees for our dogs is $300. That includes spay or neuter, up to date on all vaccines, microchipped and a wellness check with a vet. Depending on the season, our dogs are also tested for heartworm and put on heartworm preventative meds, as well as flea/tick preventative. CATS: Adoption fees for our cats is $125. That includes spay or neuter, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and a wellness check with a vet. ADOPTION PROCESS: The first step in adopting is submitting an adoption application @ www.ellieslegacy.org. We will connect you with the pets' foster family, who will answer your questions as well as set up a time to meet the pet!
