Ike *in foster* 's Story

Meet Ike, a sweet senior gentleman with a heart full of love and wisdom. At around 12 years old, Ike has seen a lot in his lifetime and is now looking for a peaceful, cozy home where he can enjoy his golden years surrounded by kindness. He’s gentle, affectionate, and easy to please — happiest when he’s lounging in a sunny window, soaking up pets, or simply keeping you company with quiet contentment. If you’ve got a soft spot (and maybe a comfy couch) for a loving senior companion, Ike would be forever grateful to spend his golden days by your side!

**To learn more about Ike and to set up a meet and greet, please email kasey@spcawestchester.org! **

Thank you for your interest in adopting! Please note: we do not pre-approve applications, and we do not require applications to be submitted in advance. If you see an animal you'd like to potentially meet, there’s no need to wait—your next step is to visit us in person, no appointment necessary!

To adopt, you must have a valid photo ID and be 21 years of age or older. Adoptions are first come, first served based on best match. To find the most appropriate home for each animal and best fit for each family, SPCA Westchester reserves the right to decline an adoption. If your application is approved, we do same day adoptions and do NOT hold animals unless the animal requires more than one visit.
