Igor's Story
Igor is a truly special boy with a heart as big as his personality. He does have a few physical deformities that make him a little unique: one of his front legs has bone calcifications that cause a slight limp, his hips are deformed which gives him a charming “wonky” walk, and he is missing a few toes on one of his back feet. After a full veterinary exam and X‑rays, it was determined that these differences are either congenital or occurred when he was very young. Most importantly, none of this cause him any pain or discomfort.
Igor gets around with ease and can jump small to medium heights just fine. He will simply need a few minor accommodations, which can be discussed with shelter staff to ensure he continues to thrive.
Personality‑wise, Igor is an absolute gem. He is adventurous, extremely loving, and wonderfully calm‑natured. He enjoys finding the most unexpected places to curl up for long naps and thinks it’s hilarious to hide in cabinets for hours, only to pop out when you least expect it and scare the life out of you. He keeps life entertaining!
Igor gets along well with other cats, though he prefers gentle play and doesn’t enjoy roughhousing due to his physical differences. He adores attention, companionship, and being near his people. Truly, you will be hard‑pressed to find a cat with as much love to give as Igor, he just needs someone willing to return a little of that love back to him.
Will you take a chance on this sweet, one‑of‑a‑kind boy?
Igor is ready to be your devoted companion.

Igor will be neutered and given a rabies vaccination before going to his new home.

If you're interested in putting in an application on this animal, please copy and paste the link below to fill out our application for adoption.
