Hutch's Story

This is Starsky's story = we are waiting on Hutch
But if Starsky is this good - Hutch can't be too far behind!
I have to say - I heard about Starsky but didn't meet him until last night. (4-5). I was asked to pick him up at Petco where he was on display for a week. He needed to come home and stretch for a few days. I agreed even though my home is full of our loving babies (along w/great fosters).
So in comes "Starsky" and to be sure about his temperament w/others I left him in a very large carrier in my room. With the conveniences of a bed, litter pan and food /water.
By the time I got home a few hours later my foster Tiger (see pic) who is also a senior, was laying outside the carrier and Starsky wanted out. With this site, I decided ok, lets see how this goes. Out he came and no issue. A couple of howdy I'm me and you are you hisses and it was done. My other cat Carolina was the same with the new addition.
Starsky has made himself at home in my bed and on my lap. He already found the litterbox and food and is very outgoing and comfy here. He is a total mush, a sweet heart who just wants tons of love and attention. He also LOVES to scratch on cardboard scratchers. Any will do, he found them right away. So my thought?? "What a great boy, what a well trained boy, what an awesome loving and sweet cat". Who would give up on a kitty just because he's 12? Is this why we have him now? Is that why he was dumped at the vets and we got a call that they'd be put to sleep if no one took them? My Gosh...who could do such a cruel thing to such a loving and wonderful boy?
I have yet to meet his brother Hutch, but I am sure he is not far behind this boy. Sad...they say animals always act the way they are taught, they seem to have been very well taught and very loved... 'what happened?'
He is up to date on his vetting and he is fixed. He is PERFECT and so is Tiger. Age is just a number - but if you had to go by personality, both boys are AAA Call Betty B if interested 908-464-1203
