HOPING SOMEONE WOULD LET THEM IN. <br/><br/>Hunter & Spring A Bonded Brother and Sister Looking for Their Forever Home.<br/><br/>Every rescue cat has a story.<br/>Hunter and Spring's story began in the Mallorytown colony of 36 cats, where every day was about surviving. <br/>They were trapped, neutered/spayed, vaccinated, and returned to the horse barn they had always known.<br/><br/>But something changed.<br/>Instead of disappearing back into the fields, they waited.<br/>Every day they would sit outside the kitchen window, hoping someone would open the door. (I have pictures)<br/><br/> They would roll over for belly rubs, ask for neck scratches, and quietly beg for love. They had decided they didn't want the outdoor life anymore.<br/>They wanted a family.<br/><br/>When I heard their story, I couldn't leave them behind.<br/>Today, they are safe in foster care, and every single day they remind me why rescue is worth it.<br/><br/> Hunter is the gentle giant with the biggest personality. He's my little chatterbox who greets me every day, telling me all about his adventures while I was gone. He loves to play, loves food, and absolutely melts when you pet him. Within minutes of meeting you, he's asking for affection. <br/>I can pick him up, hug him, kiss him all over, and carry him around like a baby. <br/>At bedtime, he curls up beside me, happy just to be close.<br/><br/>Spring* is the quieter heart. She lets Hunter lead the way but is never far behind. She watches everything with curious eyes, following her brother wherever he goes. Seniors, Kittens and Shy Cats Rescue's Adoption Policy
They are asked to fill out the adopters request form, then if approved a "Meet and Greet" is scheduled with the foster or myself if cat is with me. Then finally a virtual home tour of their home to finalize and approve the adopter. I rely on my fosters in their opinion if a good match for the cat/kitten.
