Hunter and Sphinx's Story

Hunter and Sphinx are a pair of bonded brothers, about 3-4 months old, who were rescued out of a budding hoarding situation before it got completely out of control. They are ideal kittens: equal measures of chaos, playfulness, purring, and affection. Like most kittens, they would be happiest in an interactive household where they will get lots of play. They do very well with the child in their foster home. We have not observed them with dogs, but we think they would probably do well with pretty much any dog who knows how to treat a cat respectfully. Because they are a bonded pair, we will not consider adopting them separately. Hunter and Sphinx are easy kittens who would make a wonderful choice for a first-time adopter.

They have been neutered, are current on vaccinations, tested negative for FeLV and FIV, and treated for worms and fleas. Their adopter will receive their medical records. They're being fostered in Arlington. Adoptions are facilitated by video meet-and-greets, as well as in-person visits. There is a simple adoption process and a total adoption fee of $595 that helps us continue rescuing cats in need-- a bargain for a pair of new best friends who will be devoted companions for life. Cats can live past 20 years, so please consider whether you can commit to providing a safe, loving home for life before adopting. Please email Safercats11@gmail.com with your phone number and a little about yourself and the home you would provide. Doing so helps us match cats with the right adopters.
