Very unhappy as an indoor only.<br/><br/>Healthy 1yr old male. Neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, tested healthy, parasites free. <br/><br/>HUNTER grew up among horses where he mostly survived on his hunting skills. He is used to the animals normally found in a stable - horses, people and he loves other cats (he isn't an alpha) but goes along to get along. Hunter is a lean mean hunting machine.  A tuxedoed athlete, he leaps into the air loaded with tons of energy. Hunter was staff favorite at a high kill shelter. He is in a rescue now, but being locked inside is driving him nuts. He is moody. He wants OUT! NOW! Places to go, people to investigate, cats to impress, horses to snuggle, rodents to catch (yummy!) He will thrive in an active space with lots going on.<br/>This is the life HUNTER knows and wants. <br/><br/>Do you have a friendly hand and a stable with horses? Can you give Hunter his new home?<br/><br/>Hunter is litter-box perfect but prefers outside. <br/>(Though barn cats are excellent hunters, they should be provided fresh food and water daily.  Offer Hunter a treat, especially Friskies canned cat food, and you may have a new best friend.)<br/><br/>Fostersaveslives@outlook.com<br/><br/>F.O.S.T.E.R., INC. is a small foster-based rescue. All our pets come with costly services already provided, which may include, where appropriate, inoculations, veterinary care, testing, spay/neuter, microchips etc... Our low adoption fee does not begin to cover our costs, which we discount even more to keep loving kitten playmates/siblings together. (Two kittens, twice the love, less than half the trouble! Kitten are happier, better exercised, and lifelong have fewer behavioral problems when they grow up with an active young playmate, dog/cat/puppy/kitten. Please consider making a donation in addition to adoption fee. <br/><br/>F.O.S.T.E.R., INC. is often the only rescue option for pets in truly unusual, complicated, extended, or dire rescue situations. Often our “yes” was the last chance to save of these wonderful animals from cruel and deadly situations.
